Chapter 14
After the job
Asking for a review, and commissions for the owner.
The roof is on and the job is paid. Two last things: ask the homeowner for a review while the job is fresh, and pay your rep's commission.

Ask for a review

The homeowner rates the job

When a rating is low, ShingleSync doesn't send the homeowner to your public review page. It asks what you could have done better, creates a Follow up on review feedback task for the project manager (or the rep, or the owner), and notifies them. Mark the review Resolved once you've followed up.
Reviews come from customers' own experience. Ask every customer the same way, and don't offer anything in return for a review.
Commissions
Commissions are worked out for you. When a job is completed, the rep on the job gets a commission from their plan. It stays Pending until the job is paid in full, then becomes Payable. Payments, change orders and job costs update it until you approve it.

Sales reps see their own commissions under My commissions.
That's the whole job, from the first call to the last payment. The next storm brings the next lead.
