Production is everything between the signature and the final walkthrough: crew, dates, materials, tasks, photos and any change in scope. The project manager runs it from the job page; the crew sees their part on their phones.
The production board
1Jobs shows every job by production stage, from Contract signed to Completed, with the count and value of each column.
Drag a card to move a job to its next stage, or open the job and change Job stage. The stages are Contract signed, Permit, Materials ordered, Materials delivered, Scheduled, In progress, Final inspection, Completed and Closed.

Photos
Photos are grouped into before, during and after. The crew can add them from their phones.
Change orders
When the scope changes after signing, write a change order. The homeowners sign it the same way they signed the contract, and the contract value goes up (or down, for a credit) only once it's signed.
